Utilisé pour conditionner des groupes de 200 blocs expédiés de l’imprimeur au bureau de poste de Bangui. Le propriétaire précédent a acheté cet article directement à Bangui. Article jamais disponible sur le marché philatélique habituel pour de nouvelles émissions. Rare. Voir image.
