Curiosité, ce courrier est fait en 1948 sur un imprimé "ETAT FRANÇAIS", des nostalgiques ou un stock d'imprimés trop important ???

Document en bon état avec pli central peu marqué, trous d'agrafe, bien regarder scan.
Envoi non plié, au tarif prioritaire jusqu'à 100 g. sous enveloppe A4.
