Adelmo Fornaciari, dit Zucchero, né le 25 septembre 1955 à Roncocesiest un chanteur rock italien. Il a gagné le surnom de Zucchero (sucre en français) dès sa plus tendre enfance, car sa maîtresse d'école l'appelait par ce surnom affectueux. Il a fait des études pour devenir vétérinaire, mais c'est un ami qui l'a incité à se diriger vers la musique.
